REC REPORT: Scuba lessons available at the Grand Forks Aquatic Centre

Scuba diving lessons are available at the Grand Forks Aquatic Centre.

Scuba is a lifelong skill that you can take with you anywhere.

You can include it in your plans when booking that trip to a warm destination or it can be used during our summer months here at home.

Kids as young as six can take part in this great water activity.

Serpent Aquatics from Summerland provides all the equipment and instruction once a month at the Grand Forks Aquatic Centre. Sheldon Boyd, the instructor, has now opened his program to adults once a month. You can use each dive towards your open water diving certification. The next session will be held on Sunday, Nov. 4 between 12:45 and 4:30 p.m.
