RBC PGA Scramble holding qualifier at Chilliwack Golf Club

Top golfers in the series can advance as far as a national championship tourney in Nova Scotia

Competitive golf is on the menu for Monday as the Chilliwack Golf Club hosts a local qualifier of the RBC PGA Scramble.

The scramble is a national golf series, with winners of local qualifiers moving on to regional finals this summer. From there, regional final winners may have the chance to play in a national championship at the prestigious Cabot Links Golf Course in Nova Scotia this fall.

That is dependant on COVID-19 restrictions.

If nationals can’t go ahead, players will participate in an ‘enhanced regional finals experience.’

The RBC PGA Scramble is open to teams of four eligible amateur golfers who all have an up-to-date Golf Canada handicap and are 19 years of age or older.
