Members of the Summerland Yacht Club held a sail past in honour of Tony Cooke, whose memorial service took place on Saturday.
Cooke was an ardent sailor and sailing instructor.
The Summerland Yacht Club boats sail past Cooke’s boat Number Cruncher, which was skippered for the occasion by his son Mike.
On the yard arm is a photo of Number Cruncher, skippered by Cooke, in full sail during a recent Giant’s Head Regatta.
The boats also sailed through roses that had been brought from the gardens of Tony and Jean Cooke’s friends and then scattered from Number Cruncher.
