Junior B playoffs: Kodiaks up three games to none on Flames

The Ridge Meadows Flames lost game three in their best-of-seven junior B series 4-2 on Sunday.

The Aldergrove Kodiaks beat the Ridge Meadows Flames 4-2 on Sunday afternoon at Cam Neely Arena in Maple Ridge.

The Kodiaks, who finished in first place in the Pacific Junior Hockey League standings during the regular season, now hold a 3-0 lead in their best-of-seven series with the Flames.

The Flames also hosted the Kodiaks on Friday night, in a game they lost 6-3. Brandon Galbraith, Quenton Magnuson and Brendan Black each scored for the Flames

The Harold Brittain Conference final continues on Tuesday night in Aldergrove, with gave five Wednesday, if the Flames can avoid a sweep.

The next scheduled game in Maple Ridge would be game six on Monday, March 13.
