March Meadows Senior Men

June finished for the March Meadow Senior Men with some fine rounds of golf and lots of ball awards.

The closest to the pin went to Clark Ferguson on number one and Earl Laforge on number seven.

Birdies were scored by: Jug Kalar, Lance Lingren, Earl Laforge, Rick McDonald and Eric Olson, who scored two.  Earl Laforge chip-in a birdie as did Brian Crosson.

A lot of the guys spent time in the traps and a number managed to still make pars.

These skilled golfers incuded Rocky Wise, Eric Olson, Jack Ringheim and Daryl Proulx.  Chip-in pars went to Mike Morgan and Roy Lavigne.

Low gross went to Earl (I had a really good day) Laforge and low net was scored by Jug Kalar.

John Barger knew the slogan (Play hard, play fair, have fun).

The semi-final round of match play wound up with Jug Kalar and John Leach moving on to the final round.

The barrel still mocks all comers.
