This is the first year we have tried the combined format and hope to repeat this again next year. Everyone had fun, with one of the highlights being the fabulous music played Saturday night by the Bargain Basement Band. A big thank you to the band for such great music. Thank you, too, to the Legion Ladies and all the club members who once again came through with a terrific meal.

Last but certainly not least, we thank our sponsors: The RCL #113, Anies Pizza and the Ashcroft Bottle Depot. Without your kind support our club would certainly struggle. Thank You.

To all the current curlers and hopefully to some who are thinking of returning or trying something new, we invite you to our next funspiel on Feb. 26. Please contact Barb Hodder at 453-9286 or Janet Quesnel at 453-9665 if you are interested. It costs $10 per person, potluck luncheon and all names are drawn from a hat. Come on out and have some fun for an afternoon – maybe it will be something you would like to try next year.
