Fresh off a B.C. Female Midget AAA championship, Kennedy Prachnau made the trip to Salmon Arm.

Chilliwack’s Kennedy Prachnau and Katherine Klassen were among 160 players invited to a B.C. Hockey U-16 and U-18 female identification camp last weekend in Salmon Arm.

Skaters were divided onto eight teams and played three games, hoping to impress enough to be invited to a provincial camp running July 31 to August 3 in Shawnigan Lake.

From there, players will be selected to represent Team B.C. at the 2019 Canada Winter Games, running Feb. 23 to March 3 in Red Deer, Alberta.
