12-under needed to win Devils Scramble

Clear skies and warming temperatures greeted the 85 men who teed it up Saturday at Glacier Greens. Oct. 13 for the annual Fall Wrap/Devils Scramble tournament. The format was an 18-hole team event with three different formats for six holes.

Clear skies and warming temperatures greeted the 85 men who teed it up Saturday at Glacier Greens. Oct. 13 for the annual Fall Wrap/Devils Scramble tournament. The format was an 18-hole team event with three different formats for six holes.

The fun started Friday as teams were drawn in the club house. The tournament is a great way to end the season. However, weather permitting, Saturday men’s play will continue through the fall, winter and spring months.

After the last putt had dropped and the scores tallied the team of Bobby Johnson, Mike Pollock, Danny Branch-Flower, Ken Beachey and Jim Perry were declared the winners with a team score of minus 12.

Five teams tied for second place at minus 11.

Team KPs were available on the par threes.
