Liberals’ comments on campsites don’t ring true

More than 20 sites in one campsite had reserved signs on them at 9-9:30 p.m

I was recently in the Pemberton/ Whistler area and couldn’t get a campsite. I did notice that over 20 sites in one campsite had reserved signs on them at 9-9:30 p.m. on a Saturday night.

Although it was unlikely that people were really going to show up at this time it did prevent us from getting a campsite. This happened in other campsites we visited in the area. Once again I notice my reality is different from what Liberals say.

It’s just like when Liberals say: All the LNG revenue will keep us from having to pay more taxes. We will not implement the HST. We had an open and fair bidding process for BC Rail. Let’s use a central call-in service for people on disability income assistance – it’s more efficient even though more of them now live on the street. We can save eight per cent on hospital cleaning and food services if we tear up the worker’s contracts and contract out at a reduction in wages of 40 per cent.

I could go on but I don’t want to exceed 300 words. This is my first letter to the editor in a few decades but I’m so upset at the constant untruthful statements of the B.C. Liberals. I know I can trust John Horgan. I don’t know about Andrew Weaver.
