LETTERS: Radiation exposed

In recent years, there has been a very large increase in human longevity.

In response to Hans Karow’s recent letter to the editor, I would assume his concerns about the dangers of electromagnetic radiation are valid if we assume that humans are exposed to levels a million times higher than they are actually exposed to.

In recent years, there has been a very large increase in human longevity. Would Mr. Karow care to estimate what additional increase in longevity we might expect if we were not exposed to our current level of electromagnetic radiation?
