Letter: Store cashiers have enough on their hands

People who feel themselves entitled to perfect service at all times…give the poor cashiers a hard time.

To the editor:

In regard to not getting an exchange on US cash.

The value changes by the day, do you expect these hardworking cashiers to be constantly keeping up to date with the exchange rate?

Why don’t you take your cash to the bank in the mall, pay! the percentage they charge and change it there.

Of the many things that are wrong in this world, this is yet another one, people who feel themselves entitled to perfect service at all times, and give the poor cashiers a hard time.
