Letter: Fort Langley becoming a barren pasture littered with giant homes

Editor: I find it sickening how most of the owners of new homes being built in Fort Langley are decimating the lots of trees: trees that are part of the unique beauty and heritage of our community.

I find it unbelievable that the Township has no bylaw (yet) in place to protect our town from becoming a barren pasture littered with an ever increasing number of giant homes.

That people refuse to integrate themselves into the land and the community of a special place like Fort Langley with some manner of neighbourly sensitivity and humility is a sign of unrestrained self-interest and the disintegration of community.
