A warm gesture

Coats for All helping area needy keep warm this winter

A wonderful organization is once again asking for donations to help those in need.

Coats for All is accepting donations of winter wear, including coats, snowsuits, mitts, toques and boots, for needy people.

Any items would be greatly appreciated and can be dropped off at 100 Mile Laundromat from Oct.31 to Nov.30.

The laundromat is donating all its service, so it would be helpful if the items were noted whether they were pre-washed.

The clothing can be pick up Nov. 8-30 from the Ministry of Children and Families, the health unit, the food bank, Loaves and Fishes Outreach, Cariboo Family Enrichment Centre, Canadian Mental Health Association, Canim Lake Band, Canoe Creek Band Watch Lake Community Centre, and on Sundays only at St. Timothy’s Anglican Church between 11:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

For more information, call Wendy Hamblin at 250-791-0024.
