She moved to Nanaimo in 1946 where she met the love of her life, Ken Clift, who passed away in 1986. They had 4 children, Brian (Debbie), Blair (Cathie), Doug (MaryAnn) and Susie (Buhler)(Bob), also 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, she also leaves behind sister-in-law Noreen and many nieces and nephews. She moved to Chilliwack in 1965 where she was active in the community. She bowled for over twenty years, she was a Legion member for thirty years, and won the Solicitor Award for over 3000 hours of community service. She volunteered for CNIB, Heart and Stroke and CPAC and she loved Bingo. We will always miss her great smile and her loving hands. Thank you to all the staff at Heritage Village and Dr. Markey for your great care of our Mom. A private service will be held in the New Year. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the
Heart and Stroke foundation.
