December 18th, 1909 – May 30th, 2012. After a long life full of love and adventure, Louise Moser (Vye) passed away peacefully on May 30th, 2012. Louise will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Marjorie Murphy (Jack) and Patricia Pollard (Ted). Remembering her also are her grandchildren Shandra Murphy, Kirsten Murphy (Jason), Michelle Scott (Berkeley), Rebecca Payne(Sean) and five great grandchildren. Louise will also be lovingly remembered by her brother Meb Vye and numerous nieces and nephews. Louise was born in Salmon Arm, B.C. and was the eldest of six children, at the age of ten she moved to Broadview SK to live with an Aunt and Uncle. In 1931 she married James (Jim) Bolton, two years later with their three month old daughter, they made the treck to Abbotsford, B.C. in 1928 Chevy towing a trailer that contained all of their wordly possessions. In April 1945 Patricia arrived and the family was complete. The next move was to Vernon where in 1960 her husband Jim died. In 1963 Louise married Albert Moser and moved to Pillas Lake. Louise and Albert later built a house on Beachcomber Bay Road in 1967, they lived there until Albert’s death in 1985/ Louise lived the remainder of her days in Vernon, enjoying the company of her friends and family visits. We are grateful to the staff of Heritage Square for their loving care of Louise. A Celebration of her life was held on Tuesday, June 5th, 2012 at Pleasant Valley Funeral Home.
