DANIELLE CELINE BRETON (NELDER/WYATT)
1941-2013 Live Well, Laugh Often, Love Much Born on December 31, 1941 in St. Michelle deBellechasse Quebec. Loving mother of Caroline (Neil), Christina and Marc and Grandmaman of Abby, Kiera and Lauren. She is survived by her siblings
Vivienne, Nicole and Regean and so many
wonderful friends. Danielle moved to Burnaby in 1967 with her young
family, eventually transplanting later in life to Kelowna where she completed a Home Support Resident Care Certificate in June of 1999 from Okanagan Community College. After several fulfilling years caring for seniors, she retired to a life of gardening, tennis, golf, bridge and travel. Our mother’s enthusiasm and caring spirit were contagious and led to her large collection of friends – she could never have too many friends. Her love of travel and languages brought great joy to her. She had just returned from a trip to Italy and was preparing for a Panama cruise next month,
before her sudden death on October 26. Thanks to her special friend Renata Simonelli and long time friends Dave, Thelma and Denise Bruce for being our supportive family as we have dealt with our great loss. We love you so much Mom and cannot imagine our lives will be as full without you. We cherish the great memories and the wonderful laughs we shared – thank you.
Celebration of life will be held Saturday November 2, 1pm, at the Sonoma Pines Clubhouse, 3999 Sonoma Pines Dr., Westbank BC. In lieu of flowers donations to the Westside Community Food Bank gratefully accepted.
