Carol Ann Kolt passed away at Queen Victoria Hospital in Revelstoke on December 31, 2019 at the age of 62 years. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in Edmonton later this spring. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Shuswap/Revelstoke Branch, Box 3275, 433 Hudson Ave N.E., Salmon Arm, B.C., V1E 4S1, in memory of Carol.
Carol was born in Edmonton, Alberta on February 15, 1957. She was one of eight children born to John and Margaret Kozicki. After growing up in Edmonton Carol moved to British Columbia in her twenties with her young family. She loved animals. Carol had a passion for making and sharing her family-famous perogies. In her younger years, Carol was known for her love of bowling and attended many bowling tournaments. She was known to spend her free time scouring antique shops looking for the perfect find for her home.
Carol was predeceased by her parents, five siblings and a nephew. She is survived by her partner Joe Palczer; children; Valene, Carlene, Kaitlynn and Damian, grandchildren; Brayden, Samuel and Jaicob and siblings; Cathy and Allan.
