Williams Lake RCMP looking for information after ATV stolen from Spokin Lake Road area

Williams Lake RCMP are asking the public to be on the lookout for a stolen ATV.

Williams Lake RCMP are asking the public to be on the lookout for a stolen ATV.

The ATV, a Yamaha Grizzly, was reported stolen just before Christmas from the Spokin Lake Road area.

“Police are committed to targeting property crime offenders who are responsible for these thefts and reminds the public to report any suspicious activity immediately,” Williams Lake RCMP Const. Joel Kooger said.

The ATV is described as a 2018 Yamaha Grizzly Special Edition, black and grey in colour, with blue decaling and a metal rack on the front and rear.

“It’s important to ensure that all recreational vehicles are secured when not used, preferably locked indoors, VIN numbers recorded and the keys stored separate from the vehicle,” Kooger said.
