Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers is seeking the public’s help in locating the following individuals who were wanted as of Jan. 31, 2017.

Keith Cathcart is wanted for breach of probation. Cathcart is described as a 20-year-old male, five-foot-six, 181 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Lorraine Anita Andrew is wanted for failing to comply with probation. Andrew is described as a 50-year-old female, five-foot-four, 140 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Gene Golish is wanted for breach of undertaking and breach of probation. Golish is described as a 21-year-old male, five-foot-10, 141 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Jeffrey Preston is wanted for fraud. Preston is described as a 36-year-old male, five-foot-eight, 161 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Wayne Kenneth Charters is wanted for possession of a controlled substance. Charters is described as a 52-year-old male, five-foot-11, 166 pounds, with grey hair and brown eyes.

Donna Helen Thomas is wanted for theft under $5,000. Thomas is described as a 40-year-old female, five-foot-six, 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
