On Sunday, November 13, 2011 at approximately 9 p.m., a rock was fired through the driver’s side window of a vehicle traveling in the 5500 block of Sooke Road. The rock hit the window with such force that it caused the glass to explode, showering tiny pieces of glass all over the driver. The rock continued through the window and struck the driver at the top of his shoulder. Had the rock come through the window a few inches higher, the rock would have struck the driver in the neck or face.
