The driver fled the scene and, on Friday, police released a photo of the suspect vehicle – a silver van with tinted rear windows – as well as a description of the driver.
The man is described as 5′ 6″ to 5′ 10″, 50 to 60 years old and with a medium build. He was unshaven at the time of the crash and was wearing tan pants.
