Robbery suspect sought by Kelowna Mounties

Police are looking for information on the man who demanded money from a teller at the CIBC bank on June 23, 2014 at about 2:30 p.m.

On Monday, June 23 at about 2:30 p.m. the Kelowna RCMP received a report of a robbery at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce located at 328 Bernard Avenue. A man wearing black clothes approached a teller, demanded and took an undisclosed amount of cash. He left the bank and was not located by police.

No injuries. A weapon was not brandished or reported present.

The suspect is described as:

  • Caucasian male
  • 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-9 in ( 173-175 cm)
  • average build
  • wearing black top and black pants
