Four occupants, including a mother and young child, were taken to Vernon Jubilee Hospital Friday afternoon following a three-vehicle collision on Bella Vista Road.
RCMP and emergency crews report a fourth vehicle was turning left off Bella Vista Road into the Vista Ridge complex when the incident occurred.
“One vehicle avoided another and this is what took place,” said RCMP Const. Robert Drake.
“Everyone’s fine they were just taken to hospital as a precaution, minor injuries.”
A Nissan Rogue ended up rolling onto its roof. The occupants, a mother and young child, were taken to hospital for observations.
Emergency crews report everybody appears to be fine as they were wearing seatbelts.
RCMP are investigating the cause.
All three cars received substantial damage.
