Abbotsford launches new website to get feedback from public

Letstalkabbotsford.ca will include information on city projects and ways to make your voice heard

The City of Abbotsford has rolled out a new website to collect feedback from the public on its various projects and plans that are underway.

LetsTalkAbbotsford.ca (click here) will host surveys, provide information about ongoing projects, and make it simple to give feedback and ask questions.

The city says it will continue hosting in-person meetings and open houses.

For some activities on the site, the city will collect information about respondents’ emails and postal codes.

But the designers of the site told council last Monday that the data remains with the city and won’t be sold to a third party.

Information on a variety of projects is already available on the site, and many include ways to ask questions, although no surveys are currently underway.
