Join Okanagan Boys and Girls Clubs events team

Help raise funds and awareness in each of the communities the clubs serve.

The Okanagan Boys and Girls Clubs are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who would like to become a part of its Community Events Team.

This volunteer experience will give people a chance to connect with the community in a positive way, providing activities and information to all those who come out and enjoy the event.

Okanagan Boys and Girls Clubs participate in a variety of events throughout the year in the Okanagan Valley.

At each event they organize and host fun-filled activities for children and their families to participate in at the same time as providing information on the many programs and services the clubs offer, from Osoyoos to Enderby.

Be a part of Pink Shirt Day, McHappy Day, Capital One Race for Kids, Variety Boat for Hope, Capri Charity Golf Classic, Interior Savings Moonlight Movies, Vernon Winter Carnival, Westside Daze, Rutland May Days and 100 other events they support.

The boys and girls clubs are looking for people like you. People who are energetic, outgoing, creative, enjoy socializing and connecting with both children and adults and who want to assist in sharing the clubs’ message.

You may be available to help at certain times of the year and not at other times—that’s OK, we’re flexible.

You may be interested in travelling throughout the valley or would prefer to volunteer in your own community—that’s OK too, the Community Events Team is flexible.

Come along and help raise funds and awareness in each of the communities the clubs serve. Join this amazing team of people helping make a difference in our communities.
