Are there any aspiring Langley actors out there who thrill to make people scream like babies?
Well, the PNE might be have just the gig in mind.
In the middle of a summer heat wave, the Pacific National Exhibition is putting out a call for Halloween-loving actors who might be interested in a job this October.
Playland is once again hosting its popular Fright Nights this fall, and is currently on the hunt for actors of all skills and experience levels.
According to organizers, the only real criteria, they have to a passion for Halloween and enjoy terrifying guests.
“If you’re energetic and looking to work with a fun and dynamic team,” organizer said, wanting to grow the cast for a 19-day run, from Oct. 6 to 31.
“We’re currently practising new tactics to add to our arsenal of horror for 2017! But don’t be fooled, the Fright Nights freaks know where you sleep at night and they’ll be visiting… in your nightmares,” they added with a possessed chuckle.
Applications are accepted online for a variety of positions, including cast, actors, washroom cleaners, and night sweepers.

Whether you want to be part of Fright Night – as a participant or patron – or not, most enjoy The Fair At the PNE and all its summertime festivities.
