O-Kai a-cappella singers and dancers performing

The performance lands between the groups' dates at TaiwanFest in Toronto and Vancouver.

The Comox Valley Multicultural and Immigrant Support Society hosts the O-Kai a-cappella singers and Wild Harvest Musicians and Dancers of Taiwan for a performance Aug. 29 at the Native Sons Hall at 360 Cliffe Ave. in Courtenay.

These two groups of aboriginal musicians bring simple but sincere emotions through singing and dancing to share the beauty of their culture and friendship with the Comox Valley.

The performance lands between the groups’ dates at TaiwanFest in Toronto and Vancouver.

Admission is free but donations are welcome. Money will cover transportation, accommodation, food, hall rental and other expenses.

The show is from 6:30 to about 8 p.m.
