Now you can relive the music of Harrison Festival Society’s first live concert of 2020 right from the comfort of your home!

The Bentall Taylor Ulrich concert from Holberg Farm in Agassiz is now available for viewing on YouTube. This professionally filmed concert was shot back in July with an intimate gathering on hand to watch. The concert spans a little more than an hour.

The musicians were all too happy to play in spite of the difficult circumstances this year has presented.

“It was not a big stretch that we were available, really,” Shari Ulrich quipped shortly before they started playing.

“I’m just so happy to have a gig,” Thomas Taylor chimed in.

The concert was the first part of several efforts throughout the summer and early fall put forth by the Harrison Festival Society since the cancellation of the iconic 2020 Harrison Festival of the Arts due to COVID-19. Tickets for this concert sold out within 12 hours of the announcement.

Other festivities throughout the year included virtual concerts from musicians all over the world.
