Enter to win a WestJet gift of flight at Aspen Grove Centre in Comox

Peninsula Co-op wants its members and customers to fill up and “Fuel Good” about it on Tuesday, September 17th.

As part of “Fuel Good Day” on Sept. 17, five cents from every litre of fuel sold at any of Peninsula Co-op’s 18 Gas Centres, including the one at Aspen Grove Centre in Comox, will be donated to Children’s Health Foundation of Vancouver Island. This includes all grades of gasoline and diesel fuel.

“The Peninsula Co-op team looks forward to Fuel Good Day every year. Last year, we raised over $20,000 for kids in need. We hope the community will come together to help us beat that number this year,” said Lindsay Gaudette, marketing and community relations manager, Peninsula Co-op.

“We are so grateful for Fuel Good Day and the support it brings to Island families. We love seeing local community members take action and support each other with the simple action of fuelling up. Last year raised an incredible amount and we are excited to see what 2019’s event brings,” said Veronica Carroll, CEO at Children’s Health Foundation of Vancouver Island.

Keep an eye out for Foundation staff and volunteers helping thank everyone for filling up on Fuel Good Day. To pay it forward, one lucky customer will win two airline tickets to anywhere in the world WestJet flies.
