The words “Best Crew” mark the personalized license plate of Ann Marie Edrup.
That catchy phrase, which looks like it might belong to a Nascar race team, is just a small testament to her adored staff who run the day-to-day operations at Steve Marshall Ford in Nanaimo.
Ebdrup has put together a team of leaders that have taken on both a sense of ownership and sense of family at one of the most reputable dealerships in the country. From the technicians in the garage to the sales representatives on the floor, her crew has made a name for themselves in an industry that has struggled during the world’s greatest recession in decades.
Leadership, good leadership, can open the door to opportunity. Edrup has honed her leadership skills at the helm of Steve Marshall Ford in Nanaimo over the past 15 years. She has translated her passion for leadership into a vision of helping others develop these skills and go on to enjoy the personal and professional success that follows. She is known to bring out the very best in those she mentors and coaches.
Edrup grew up in the car industry here in Campbell River, working from late grade school on, after school and weekends, at her dad’’s dealership, Steve Marshall Motors. Her dealership in Nanaimo has received numerous community leadership awards, and is well respected for its integrity in the workplace. With her keen business sense and her commitment to supporting her team members in defining, pursuing and achieving their personal best, Edrup has fostered dedication and brilliance in her team and makes a huge contribution to her community through her business.
