July 31, Quesnel RCMP members were called to the scene of found remains along the banks of the Fraser River near the Plywood Plant.

Quesnel residents were treated to a Canadian Armed Forces visit as they drove through Friday morning on their way to assist emergency efforts in Williams Lake.

Sean David Kuntz who was reported missing June 18 has been found. Sadly Kuntz was found deceased. July 1 Lillooet RCMP, and the local Search and Rescue located Kuntz in the Fraser River.

Kamloops Storm to play in Quesnel

The Kamloops Storm will play six regular-season games in Quesnel this season in an attempt to showcase the city and its support for future expansion bids. In those games, Kamloops will twice play both the 100 Mile House Wranglers and Osoyoos Coyotes and will play single games against the Kelowna Chiefs and North Okanagan Knights.
