The BC Buzz reviews the past week's top headlines from around the province.

This week: a suspicious fire destroys a multi-million dollar condo development in North Surrey, in South Surrey, students were sent home after a bomb threat was phoned in to Semiahmoo Secondary, students at WJ Mouat Secondary in Abbotsford take to the streets in an effort to make a controversial course available to the masses and in Oak Bay, police are looking for the owner of some valuable antique cars that were found in a garbage can.
