Four-years-old Eiko Matsutani of Victoria, sits on her father's shoulder to get a view of the Japanese royalty. Japan's emperor Akihito and empress Michiko visited Greater Victoria this weekend at the end of a 12-day tour of Canada. They fly home to Japan on Tuesday.
