No charges laid in Dallas Road death

The driver of a pickup truck involved in a deadly collision will not be charged.
The incident happened on Dec. 26. A man driving a pickup truck was backing out of a driveway onto Dallas Road when it was sideswiped by a car.
The passenger in the oncoming car, an 80-year-old woman, was killed. The truck, carrying five children, rolled over but none of its passengers were seriously hurt.
Crown counsel decided against charges even though the truck driver was legally impaired.
