The Victoria News Daily unveiled a new look today.
"There's more stories and more colour," said Mark Warner, president of Black Press-Vancouver Island.
The daily, which first appeared on Victoria streets 3.5 years ago, focuses on international and national news, while also pooling stories from the company's 250 reporters in British Columbia.
The free daily is distributed to 17 communities across the province, including six Island locations.
The daily is ideal for those on the go, Warner said. In 15 minutes, readers can get an overview on current events.
"It keeps me up to date on B.C. and world events," Warner said.
The paper's website complements the daily, Warner said. Online, more stories can be found at www.bclocalnews.com/daily/victoria.
