Tracey Harper plays on the swings with her children, Kira and Sam, in Beckwick Park in Victoria. Harper has been awarded the Photographer of the Year award from the Professional Photographer's Association of B.C. and has volunteered to go to Rwanda through EMOTE 360, a non profit organization of photographers and videographers that will bring aid to Rwandan orphans through exposure of their images and fundraising.
