Thanks to the generosity of local shoppers the kids came up with a bunch of non-perishable foods plus $255 in a little over an hour. Adults pictured with the kids are Barry Gifford, wearing toque, of the Food Bank, and SJYEG leader Les Haddad, who later said it was a “good eye-opener for the kids.”
