Letter - Stay on right side of road

As a newcomer to Salt Spring, I have to say that I understand that this island attracts people who probably didn’t like to colour in the lines when they were kids.

But from what I’ve seen, apparently that way of being has carried over into your driving habits. People — the yellow line. It’s there for a reason. Stay on your own side.

I’ve never seen anything like it. Are you stoned? Are you daydreaming? Get on your own side, especially on the curves.

And what’s with the rush? Where y’all going? Don’t you live here to chill? So chill! Peace out but pay attention. You’re scaring me!
