Saanich realtor suspended for misconduct

A Victoria realtor received a 60-day suspension and a $1,000 fine admitting he failed to disclose to a seller that he was part of a deal to purchase a house.
Kevin William Wensley, now with the firm Cornerstone Properties in Saanich, was working for D.F.H. Real Estate Ltd. when he signed a consent order with the Real Estate Council of B.C. It stated that he didn’t tell the seller he had provided half of the money to purchase a house with a partner, infringing the council’s conflict of interest rules.
Wensley is the fifth area realtor to be disciplined this year.
