Saanich realtor disciplined

A Saanich real estate agent has been disciplined by the Real Estate Council of B.C. after admitting to professional misconduct.

Samrit Kaur Sihota, an agent with Re/Max Camosun, signed a consent order with the council Sep. 21 agreeing to a two-week suspension over infractions dating back to 2005.

Sihota will serve the suspension from Nov. 18 to Dec. 1, as well as pay a $1,000 fine and attend training courses,
