A Victoria realtor will have his licence suspended for 60 days after admitting he failed to disclose to a seller that he was part of a deal to purchase a house.
Kevin William Wensley, now with the firm Cornerstone Properties, was working as an agent for D.F.H. Real Estate Ltd. when he signed a consent order with the Real Estate Council of B.C. stating he didn't tell the seller he had provided half of the money to purchase a house with a partner, infringing the council's conflict of interest rules.
Wensley is the fifth Victoria realtor to face disciplinary action this year. His suspension is to run from Sept. 2 to Oct. 31. and he must also pay a $1,000 fine.
