Paint your face, put on your jersey and fill your pockets with pennies for the Victoria Grizzlies’ home game Saturday.

Black Press’ Pennies for Presents campaign is in full swing, urging everyone to pitch in a few copper coins and make this year’s winter celebrations memorable for people in Greater Victoria. Stations will be at the front of Bear Mountain Arena on Nov. 29 before the Grizzlies face-off against the Nanaimo Clippers at 7:10 p.m.

Pennies can be donated throughout the game. All of the pennies collected will be passed onto the Victoria Women’s Transition House, the Mustard Seed Food Bank and C-FAX radio’s Santa’s Anonymous.
