Body Image Merits University Protest

UVIC students wore paper bags over their heads and carried posters as they stood outside the McPherson Library building Thursday during a protest organized to draw attention to the images used in popular media that depict bodies as perfect rather than real. The event was part of a project for a Women's Studies class at the university.
