Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, arrived in Victoria Friday.

The four-day stopover is part of an 11-day cross-country tour of Canada, which began in St. John’s, Nfld. The trip also includes stops in Quebec and Ontario.

The couple were welcomed at the B.C. legislature Friday afternoon.

On Saturday, they fly to Vancouver for a full day of events, then it’s back to Victoria for dinner that evening at Government House with Lt.-Gov. Steven Point and his wife.

On Sunday they will attend the 10:30 a.m. service marking Remembrance Day week at Christ Church Anglican Cathedral.

Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall leave Victoria on Monday, after a morning tour of CFB Esquimalt.
