Pennant Power
Taylor Murdock, 13 hangs a pennant to dry at Spirit Park in Victoria on Saturday. A workshop was the first of four to be hosted by the Bowker Creek Initiative and the North Jubilee Neighbourhood Association. The groups hope to see 900 pennants hung in the park, which lies in the Saanich panhandle between Oak Bay and Victoria.
