Phoney doctor avoids prison but must make public apology

Jason Walker avoided prison but he will have to make a public apology for grossly overstating his professional credentials.

Walker pleaded guilty last week to two counts of perjury and one count of using a forged document, after claiming to be a doctor on two occasions in court.
