Ace Thom, owner of Vibe Hair Studio in Langford shaves Chase Barlow’s hair last Friday. The six-year-old Happy Valley school student was inspired seeing other students shave their heads for Cops for Cancer. Before the razor met his head Chase raised $2,685 for the BC Cancer Foundation surpassing his goal of $2,000. To help Chase understand where the money he raised will go, he will be touring the BC Cancer Agency’s Vancouver Island Centre. Chase’s father Wade Barlow and his uncle Ian Galindo both shaved their heads to support Chase.
