Charges for Mission man

A 30-year-old man from Mission is facing a charge of robbery and possession of stolen property regarding a robbery of the Royal Bank on Cliffe Avenue last month.

Comox Valley RCMP have charged Carlo Guisseppe Caravetta following the Sept. 10 incident regarding the lunchtime robbery in which it is believed several hundred dollars were stolen.

RCMP indicate Caravetta used a stolen vehicle to commit the offence.

He was arrested in Mission and transported to Courtenay to face the charges. — Comox Valley RCMP
