The City of Nanaimo is looking for feedback on how well it’s communicating to the public.

The parks, recreation and culture department is looking for public input on its fall/winter Leisure Guide publication which was released in August.

Residents are being asked to complete an online survey through the city’s website, www.nanaimo.ca, or complete a survey form at recreation centres including Beban Park, Oliver Woods Community Centre and Bowen Park.

“The intent of the survey is to find out if the publication is working for Nanaimo residents, what they like about it, and what we can do better,” said Elizabeth Williams, marketing manager with parks, recreation and culture. “As our key communication tool we need to make sure it is still serving its purpose.”

The survey will be available until Nov. 20. For more information about the survey or the department’s services, please call 250-756-5200.
