A little bit of Austria can be found at Nanaimo Military Camp Oct. 17 as the Air Force Association of Canada – 808 Wing celebrates Octoberfest.
The evening includes authentic Austrian cuisine and authentic oom-pah music by The Hungry Five Plus One and special guest Ursulak Don Hildiguard, Romania’s musical gift to the world.
Doors open at 6 p.m. and dinner is at 7 p.m.
Tickets are $12 and must be purchased in advance. A limited number of tickets are available at 808 Wing Fridays between 2:30-5 p.m. Please call 250-722-2945 for more information.
